A Message from Dr. Jordan
Hi, I’m Dr. Jordan!
I know what it’s like to feel like your body is working against you. I’ve been in your shoes—trying every conventional weight loss method, only to feel frustrated when I couldn’t keep up or the results didn’t last. As a chiropractor and wellness coach, I’ve seen firsthand how modern life pushes us to work against our natural rhythms, leading to high levels of stress and exhaustion. Resulting in a metabolism that just won’t cooperate.
The Nourish & Thrive Program
That’s why I created The Imperfectly Healthy Doc and my Nourish & Thrive Program—a nervous system-based approach designed to heal your body from the inside out. Unlike restrictive diets and punishing workout plans, this program focuses on working with your body, not against it, through a slow, progressive process that builds real, lasting results over time. No more quick fixes. No more yo-yo dieting. Just a sustainable path to feeling strong, nourished, and at home in your body.

A Sustainable Path to Feeling Your Best
With my guidance, you’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system, heal your metabolism, and create a foundation of habits that feel natural and easy to maintain. My goal is to help you finally break free from the cycle of restriction and burnout—and instead, step into a life where feeling good is effortless.
I’d love to support you on your journey. You don’t have to do this alone. 💛

The Story of Dr. Hale
My name is Dr. Jordan Hale. I am a Gonstead chiropractor based in beautiful Massachusetts. I grew up on the north shore of Massachusetts, by the ocean. My family would escape to the quiet and wonders of Maine to step away from the hustle of the work and school week. We would spend time on four-wheelers in the summer, snowmobiles in the winter, and hitting the slopes to snowboard. I received my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from UMass Lowell.
I took a gap year and then moved to Marietta, GA, where I didn’t know a soul to start the Chiropractic program at Life University. After 4 years, this is where I received my doctorate in chiropractic—dedicating a lot of my time to studying the Gonstead technique. Shortly after graduation, I moved back to my home state, where I began to practice Gonstead chiropractic in the clinic of my dreams. This is where I continue to grow and learn every day.
I love to spend quality time with my husband and friends—laughing, sharing stories, and having deep conversations. I enjoy spending time at the beach in the sunshine and the gym, strengthening my foundation and practicing self-discipline. I am trying to improve my self-awareness, meditating regularly, and building strong routines. We all have work to still do on ourselves, right?
I truly hope you enjoy my blog and the content I share. If you have any questions or comments, please contact me. I’d love to have conversations with you and answer any questions you may have.
In health,
Dr. Jordan Hale D.C.
